Barbeque Sauce
Sprinkle ribs with each seasoning. Place on grill (about 400 degrees direct heat) for 15 minutes (7 1/2 min. per side). Remove from grill and wrap in foil. Place in paper bag and put in a 200degree oven on a baking sheet for three hours. Place back on grill for 15 minutes (indirect heat medium) and mop with bbq sauce.

Grilled-Roasted New Potatoes
2 lbs New potatoes, each 1 1/2 - 2 inches in diameter, scrubbed and quartered.
2 TBSP olive oil
2 tsp minced fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to coat potatoes. Grill over direct medium heat until tender and browned on all sides, about 15 - 20 minutes scooping and turning with a wide spatula every 5 minutes until tender.

Easy Creamy Cole Slaw
1/2 cup mayo (Hellman's)
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery seeds
1 small onion grated or shredded
5 cups packaged cole slaw mix
For dressing, in a large bowl, stir together mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and celery seed. Add cole slaw mix and onion. Toss lightly to coat. over and chill 2 to 24 hours.
